Bourgogne and Bordeaux means - wines.
Provence means - holidays, fresh breeze of the sea, cricets criceting, Van Gogh's colours, lavendas and herbs aromas. Means seafood, fresh legumes et fruits, huile d'olives et l'ail. Provence means as well medieval village, deeply hidden in the mountains, with its traditional marché and boules players under century old plane-trees.
Not to forget an evening together with my sweetheart and a cool, young and fresh AOC Côtes de Provence, rosé.
On the beach of St Tropez, of course....
